Investment Criteria

We are particularly interested in profitable companies with sustainable competitive positions in growing industries. We are not interested in substantial turn-around situations. Attractive opportunities will satisfy as many of the following criteria as possible:

Industry/Sector

  • Large and growing market, both overall and in the outsourced services component
  • Highly fragmented
  • Lack of systematic issues that would prevent outsourcing and offshoring (e.g. regulatory constraints)

Company

  • Tangible opportunities for growth/ operational improvement
  • Strong quality reputation among customers
  • Low customer concentration
  • Experienced and driven middle-management with solid employee relations

Financial

  • Revenue in the $5-50M range
  • Profitable, EBITDA greater than $1M preferred
  • Strong balance sheet with low debt
